We spent a fantastic evening here. PUR is the name and pure is the concept: Just get the best out of the main ingredient. The 5-course menu presented to us was aromatic, high quality and handcrafted at top level. What Mr Heimann created with his team is the perfect harmony of purism and upscale cuisine.
