"We have come to this hotel for many years and stayed as we have family close by. The rooms are very outdated but out of convenience we came twice yearly. On our most recent visit we were only in bialoweisza for one day so booked in for lunch and a spa treatment . We were told on the phone we would have access to the pool facilities etc before the treatments but upon arrival were told as we were not guests of the hotel we were not allowed to use the pool. Then later we were told for a fee of 25 euro each we could use the facilities for only one hour. We were also told if we left we would be charged for cancelling the massages even though we had no access to anything and were two hours early. In addition to this, the hotel had phoned us the day before to say we would not be able to get the treatments we had originally booked at the times we booked because the masseuse was sick. Despite not getting the massages we wanted or at the time we agreed, we were accomodating and said we would still come at the new time and for a different type of massage The customer service was appalling with rude staff and we waited forty five minutes to speak to the manager who never showed up in the end. To top this all off we had our 1 year old son with us and had to wait around with a small baby. disgraceful treatment of returning customers. Will not be back and so disappointed"

"This place is one of the “fine restaurants” place in the city. I write it in quotes because compared to the western trips, it is not so expensive and they will still see people in shorts and children sitting on the table with phones, even though there are white cloth tables. we had the vegan stroganoff and pappardelle with vegan escape. both were delicious and savoury, but a bit expensive compared to Polish trips. Given the very limited vegan options in this city, I would say it is the best place we eat while it is."
