This place had messed an order up for my whole, family of 5 and to be honest, it happens a lot and when I had called them back to get it corrected, they treated me with me upmost respect and came back the next day with the corrected order and they delivered it perfectly and it was hot and delicious, thank you so much to this crew! What Karri Mathews doesn't like about Hardee’s:
1st burnt chicken...then raw chicken. Kitchen employee sitting in the customer dining area on break watching loud vulgar videos on a cell phone and commenting loudly in rude language. Ignorant! The shift manager did everything she could but the staff there had zero respect for her or the customers.
