What User likes about Proper:
We enjoyed our dinner and tried the tomato pie (loved it and fried chicken (yum cooked perfectly. I like collards and the sweet potato casserole was essentially a dessert! I didn't care for the coleslaw, however. Recommend and would return here for sure! We made reservations and dined on the porch area. View all feedback.

no black jackcake?! no carrots?! no kartoffels?! they must remove southern from their restaurant description! You have to bring them back together as you used to. service is not big either apathianlimited days/hours if my dying mother had not believed a court, I would never return here. View all feedback.
