Beautiful hotel, but this attitude towards future guests is unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel from Paris to plan a birthday party for 15 people, no one met us except for the guard who looked at me like a thief, despite the fact that I was dressed in luxury clothes, I wanted to see the hotel, have a drink champagne, instead we were told that this was not possible and asked to leave as the entire hotel was occupied...
