Yesterday had an opportunity to check out the new place opening up in the neighborhood, Black Rock Social House. It was a fundraiser for Triangle Community Center and a rehearsal service, in anticipation of their grand opening later this month. Looking forward to visiting this new cool place more in the future. What Chris G doesn't like about Walrus + Carpenter, LLC:
Good BBQ no doubt. Always crowded, reservations are highly suggested. Service is the one drawback. We sat inside and it was better but more than once when sitting outside we had to walk in to search out our server. But the food is good and the drinks are too. So if you want BBQ in Westport, this is the place to go. The brisket is amazing and the corn bread alone is worth the visit. View all feedback.
