Customer service from Koa Coffee is horrible. I ordered 3 bags and only received 2. Then took forever to get a response then they just replaced what I was missing and already paid for. This place is horrible. Will not order again. Highly recommend you spend $45 per bag at a place that cares about their customers View all feedback.
