"Love the subs, but we always seem to have a problem with our order. Was there on Friday night and ordered 2 giants. Both on whole wheat. Lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Got home and they were both on white even though the girl checked on the whole wheat rolls right in front of me. No L or T in the bag. When you pay almost twice as much for subs, you want them to be right. We go there, though, because when they are right, they are delicious!!"

"We met the street for our honeymoon on the same night and decided to get our first married dinner from RR because we love it. I ordered 2 Veggie Burger and extra Pommes and we took them on the way to the highway, so we ate on the way. I miss the Fritten, not Biggie, I can negotiate, but we were charged $8 extra for impossible Pattys instead of Veggie and they were the most exciting things we had ever tasted. It was extremely disappointing. Make sure your employees know the difference and give the customer what they demand. I will say this is only the second time I was? ve had a really tricky experience here, the first was a milkshake exploded over me scattered out of the glass because the employee took a hot glass out of the dishwasher and made a cold drink in it immediately. Bad news. And we've never been offered a compliment. They told us they didn't know what to do. You even charged me extra for the replacement. But these are big deals. We love RR and stay back. I just hope that this will not be a new normal and hopefully these kinds of things can be addressed and fixed?"

"It is very rare that I leave a bad retrospect, as I try to be very fair and yet honest. but montezuma, you're on. I wish google would leave you a zero star because they deserve it. my last three travels were underwhelming. it's so ridiculously frustrating to have someone back what they order and get it wrong. I've paid $33 for a full-bum meal. 2 chimichan gas with a white sauce and lean on the side. I literally got a spoon. no white sauce or red sauce with two dry crushed bark chimichangas smothered in guacamole. the solution after I called them to give my first ever phone grip, we can do something new and they can pick it up again. I just wanted to thank them, whoever gave this meal for what seemed to be zero f 's. it's crazy, like the price of everything is skyrocke and the service at most restaurants and even other places has become much worse. this is probably my third just bad experience of a montezuma's in chambersburg."

"From start to finish this Fuddruckers brings back fond memories of when I was young. The staff was welcoming, the food was on point and delicious, and it was immaculately clean.
