A bar from the Hauts de Chatou (Yvelines) opened in spite of the health crisis and whose Neanderthalian clientele campes on the sidewalk sipping their beer and turns out to be rude and insulting as you try to walk on the same sidewalk to get to the La Belle Époque bakery!
