A fabulous meal in a truly memorable setting. The service was second to none and our waiter was very friendly and professional. We could not decide between the food, ambience or service, they were all just amazing!! 5* is too few for Zizzi Cheltenham! View all feedback.

we arrived just before the booking period to wait five minutes while the assistent tried to find our booking. we were shown on the table and we waited for over 20 minutes no one came to take a drink order. we're gone after 20 minutes. it is a shame, because this was a valentine meal plan and the building was very nicely decorated was just a scandal over the bad service.
