The drive thru lady was wonderful. Huge fan of KFC to begin with but she made it a thousand times better today. My day started heading in that downward spiral and she stopped it and flipped it round! View all feedback.

On May 26th I was in the drive-thru, waited in line for my turn. When I approached the speaker the guy told me it was going to be 2-3 minutes because they were backed up( even though there was only 2 cars in line. I waited with my window cracked so as to hear him when he came back on... mind you it was pouring rain. When he came back to the speaker, he said he wouldn 't be able to take my order!
