What User doesn't like about Lasaters Coffee Tea:
This location have rude staff members. I have tried to give this location chances but they are rude and my coffee always taste watered down. A staff member close the window on me today as I was trying to ask a question so I just requested a refund. The Wilma and Sango location staff is friendly, nice and professional. This location needs a whole new team or to just close down. View all feedback.

Normally this place is awesome... I don't know if they were low on staff, had all new folks that day, but it took me almost 20min to get through the drive thru...

"Horrible experience today. Drive thru person was not in a good mood. I tried to chat and ask him how his day was going and we got a negative response. We pulled away and thank goodness we checked because there was no dressing for the salad or ketchup. No big deal as mistakes happen so we drove back thru. We got to the window and the girl just stared at me. I told her we needed dressing and ketchup. She turned, grabbed it, and handed it to me...no smile, no words, nothing. I said thank you and she turned away ignoring me with still no words. I hollered thank you again and she turned, looking annoyed and said, have a great day in a sarcastic tone.Every employee was rude and looked absolutely miserable. Something was obviously going on today, but we will go to another location from now on."
