If I could leave a zero-star rating, I would be honest. in my experience and from what I have heard, the phone is constantly out of the hook, so that no executing orders can be placed, at any time I always come to speak first in which I rarely get an answer, and they can bet that the load will always be 15 minutes before it should close. the smoothies are hit or measured, either they are clumpy (not smooth at all) or... I prefer those on michigan ave. this place almost messed up my order. not so clean. this place can be better if it is properly managed.
a single bad experience does not necessarily guarantee a 1-star rating, but after 4 years here and off I can safely say that this is the worst tropical smoothie...
