I sat in the drive thru for 15 min just to order and another 15 to receive my order. It was a Thursday at 2:30pm with only one car ahead of me and none ahead of them. The inside was closed, so the drive-thru was the only option. When I told the worker at the cashier it was the longest I had ever waited in a drive-thru, he didn't even explain why or apologize.
