"Absolute horrible customer service! We ordered online delivery with the impression that the restaurant had delivery. After 1 1/2 hours called the restaurant and asked for an update. We then find out it was actually through Door Dash. It said this nowhere that we could see when ordering. They told us nothing they could do as our food was picked up some time ago . Gave us the customer service for Door Dash and told us good luck. Now been on hold for Door Dash for some time. Buyer Beware!!"

"I realize packaging is expensive, but many people would prefer not to have 3 kinds of tacos jammed into one package. Some people might be averse to having their lengua all up in their barbacoa. Thats not to mention the cross contamination issues that could cause, for people with dietary restrictions. Normally tacos come with sauce on the side, maybe even two kinds. We got zero kinds. It could have helped, as the tacos were on the bland and dry side. But, they werent drier than the limes, which yielded no juice. Following on the dry theme, the enchiladas had just a couple tablespoons of sauce. Normally enchiladas are a very saucy dish."

"Fabulous server. Small, casual spot with a long bar and a few tables. Seems to mostly be older locals? Easy parking and cute spot. And, again, amazing server! She had the entire place to serve and was so super sweet and wonderful. Nice and casual. Not loud. Great menu. I, duh, went right for the penne vodka. HUGE portion and very delicious. Really glad I came here thanks Yelp!"

"They literally forgot one main dish worth about $12 as well as a whole order of plantains $6. Refused to give a refund because I had paid cash. They said I could drive back (20 mins each way) for the entree that was missed. Also they said the cook said she had placed it in there and that I was wrong. They then proceeded to make me take pictures and send them to the cook and then the owner for the missing items. The owner responded by text saying she would call me the next day. I have yet to receive a call from the owner who said she would call me and try to resolve the issue. The food was decent. The chicken fajitas tasted like shrimp due do cooking it in same pan and not cleaning it. Thank god no one had a shrimp allergy. If they would’ve made it right I would give them 3 stars. But that is horrible customer service and the fact that it wasn’t a priority for the owner to make it right did not sit right. Still very upset."
