I got the beef pho with beef filet. I liked it. The broth was flavorful and hot as pho should be, the noodles were a good texture and a generous portion, and it came with all the normal accoutrements you'd expect.The place was busy on a Monday evening.Food was prepared quickly, which was a nice bonus. After a long day watching Avatar 2 we needed some dinner to regain our energy from the long affair. Given the cold we decided to get Pho, and so we went to one of the few options available in Durham.
