the restaurant was overwhelmed tonight by the patrons of Valentine's Day! When it finally arrived, it was surprisingly good. instead of the typical miso suppe we tried the two “Tom” suppen. they were excellent. server was confusing to answer our questions more than 3x. I'm from the city and would like to return next time. View all feedback.

it took 45 minutes after we have taken place for our reservation to get water and our order and then an additional 30 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. our appetizers came out in the hour and half a mark, but we still had no cutlery and had to fly someone else to bring us cutlery and serviettes. it was 2 hours in total before our food came and a meal had to be sent back because it was cold. we will definitely n...
