Haiku in Eastchester is always a decent experience. Yesterday we set ourselves, but wait almost 1 hour and 15 minutes until food arrives. The better approach is to tell customers that they are waiting for over an hour instead of sitting, taking an order and letting customers wait over an hour. To understand, it was probably a busy night, but in the end it's about customer service. The one we ordered came out cold. View all feedback.
