I had put in an online order and when i got there, the entire store was shut down. there was an assistant manager from the clairemont store there and i had already paid for my order but because they had an emergency shut down, the young lady sent me over to her regular store, i told them what happened and they took excellent care of me, there was only two people working and i don't mind waiting on my food as long as... What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Placed a mobile order and hopped into the drive thru. The lights were on and it showed it was open online. No one answered or responded at the order screen. Myself and 4 other cars backed out after wasting 20 minutes hoping for some sort of explanation. View all feedback.
