This was the best Wendy's experience I've ever had. The food arrived quickly, was well-prepared, and served hot, even during the busy lunch rush! The chicken sandwich was made with very fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and everything was nicely put together—definitely not messy at all. I will definitely be stopping by again! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Try to use the Wendy's app. Pulled up the offer followed the steps and nothing happened. The people at the register were not able to help with that either. It was a mess! The person at the register ended up honoring the coupon anyway. This is not the first time that this has happened. The app doesn't put the offer in the barcode, the register people don't know how it works, and I've been told that it is a 50/50 thing... View all feedback.
