What D Williamson doesn't like about S.e.a. Hut:
I ordered Lao Style Papaya Salad, medium spicy. ไม่อร่อยมาก :/I was hoping for something comparable to what I get at South Area Market or what my Hmong friends make or Thai in-laws make. But this was almost sweeter than Thai style, and not spicy at all. The ratios of sour, spicy, and sweetness were off. I get a strong feeling that I was given the American version instead. Prahok Ktiss has become one of my favorite dishes besides Kapoon but in reality everything is delicious

Had the spicy SEA Lemongrass chicken Sandwich and the SEA Pork Sandwich. Big. Lots of meat and very delicious. Will be trying SEA Bowl next.

"We've eaten there many times. The food is awesome. Zero complaints there. However, last time we went there, we ordered ahead via the web (over $75), got our food and went home. We opened the poke bowls at home and none of them had any sauces. We checked the receipt and it listed all the sauces we ordered. We then called and talked to someone there, and she immediately knew who prepped the food without even asking our name, and put her on the phone. The food preparer said that she remembered adding sauces, so I offered to send photos or a video of the bowls with no sauces. She then gave the phone to her manager. The manager said they couldn't have forgotten the sauces, and when I offered to send a photo or video of what I received, she said we could drive back and get sauces but that was our only option. I said we live twenty minutes away, and she said we could still drive and get them. That's not okay. They should have cared just a little. They could have given us some credit or at least apologized. We were regular customers and they messed up our order and didn't care at all."

"Don't get me wrong, the drinks here are a definite 5 stars. However, what's keeping me from rating this place any more than 3 is their recent change where they do not accept cash anymore. I very much prefer the convenience of handing over some cash that I already have on me, opposed to having to use the money I've put aside for other uses in my bank account. If anyone who works here reads this review, please bring back the cash register and let me give ya'll a 10 dollar bill for my drink, and not waste my time taking a trip to the bank."
