On a hot summer day, this location near Central Washington University has a charming old-school design and interior. The vintage stands and tile accents on the walls are very cool. Despite its small size, the staff is friendly and efficient. I indulged in a delicious Girl Scout Thin Mint Blizzard and a chocolate-dipped cone, which were absolutely fantastic! My most recent order at this restaurant was disappointing. The soda was watery, the French fries tasted fishy instead of like potatoes (indicating old oil), and the chicken fingers were dry.
