408 Bar and Grille was a great place. Food gets 2 thumbs up. Felicia my waitress was awesome made me feel right at home. I definitely will be returning when I come back to Erie by Felicia.

What Faustino Koss doesn't like about 408 And Grille:
I’m not one to complain but honestly I’ll NEVER go back there. It took (I timed it) an hour and 45 minutes to get my food, which came out COLD. The waitress never stopped over to ask how the food was, and instead was on a phone call as she was literally standing behind the bar.
