Have eaten here so many times and each time a delicious experience. The chef is French and takes personal pride in his art and often comes out to ask you about your meal. Viener Schnitzel with Spätzle is as tasty as sitting in Freiburg. My daughter loves the stuffed chicken with goat cheese, cranberries and asparagus. The service is always excellent and professional. Went with another couple who had been there previously and liked it. We made a reservation for 7 pm on a Saturday. The restaurant had just 2 other occupied tables. Not busy at all! Found the wine list limited and too pricey. One person ordered a single Caesar salad and one couple ordered a large Caesar too share.
