the personal was very knowledgeable about being vegan and it was recognized if another diner had some soaking that explains why she didn't give it to me. ask them simply no butter or egg and they can have a good meal! many appetizers are also vegan edamame, early rolls, seaweed salat, etc. and the miso suppe is only 59 if added to the hibatchi! so good! large portion for the price along with a very friendly staff. the tofu could have been grilled for longer and could have tasted more. probably not the norm, but there was something missing, although the overall dish was good. note: shirts said "meat at wild gingers" on them. View all feedback.
