"Steak and Shake as a whole is a dying franchise. Most locations are run down and the food is nothing special. This location stands out as what the franchise should be in this market. It's clean, the people are friendly and most importantly the food is good. I ordered the chili five way and the pasta was perfect. Usually most other locations over cook the pasta into mush. The burgers came out quickly and were good. The onions and pickles were sliced a little funny but fresh. I wish this franchiser luck. The location isn't the greatest. It's behind a truck stop and truckers aren't the greatest customers anymore. We don't have that extra money like we use to. Thank you for a good experience."
