I went to the restaurant on a Saturday at 5:30pm. We were seated immediately and our server was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us suggestions. He made sure our drinks were always topped up. The food was served quickly and was tasty. View all feedback.
What Matthew Sprinkle doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was good, but I did find it a bit off balance. I noticed that Piyyahut has a wider variety of spice options, such as oregano, Italian seasoning, parmesan, etc., all on their table. On the other hand, at Pastafina, they only had salt and pepper available. The food was okay, but I found it to be a bit bland. We used to frequent Pastafina in Granbury, but since COVID-19, we haven't been going out as much. However, we decided to stop by last Friday. Unfortunately, we noticed that the portion sizes had shrunk since 2024. I always order spaghetti with meatballs at Italian restaurants, but this time, the dish was served with only half the amount of spaghetti compared to a few years ago. The meatballs tasted like they had been over microwaved. Overall, the plate size was small and the meatballs did not taste great. The service was average and the prices were similar to Olive Garden, but without the value. We probably won't be returning to Pastafina, as it has lost its appeal for us. However, it may still be a good choice for others. It's worth noting that the restaurant was busy that evening, so not everyone in Granbury may share my opinion.
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times over the years and have also ordered their takeout pizza. While it may not be the best Italian food out there, it is consistently delicious and the staff are always friendly.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and the service is excellent! We loved the cheese pizza and chicken parmesan. A nice surprise was the tasty garlic knots we ordered, along with a bowl of Alfredo sauce for dipping.
I had the spaghetti and felt that I could have made a better version myself at home with the herbs and spices I have. In my opinion, Pastafina should consider offering more seasonings on their tables. Despite this, my overall experience here was good. If you enjoy seasoned food, I would recommend bringing your own seasonings with you.
My group made reservations and pre-ordered two months in advance. Unfortunately, one person did not receive their food and the manager was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Check out was also very slow.
