"I usually drive through the ride through I will be sent to the waiting bay, even if there are no other cars and minimal customers. Many times I came home to find my order is completely wrong or something lacking for example... the meat pattie is not in the burger just pickles, cheese and sauce, or the chicken pattie isn't in the chicken burger. It's just pathetic how often they get your order wrong. Service times are incredibly slow, in a worm speed. If this is an example of fast food, I would hate to see how slow food would be! Today was the worst experience I've ever had in every food facility in terms of hygiene. We were here this morning and my big daughter had a mandarin for breakfast. She didn't want everything and left 4 segments on the table in the alcove at the entrance door. Her mother had bought her a pair of sandals and left the price tag on the table. It was a really hot day and we returned 6 hours later to get a drink and just sat at the same table to sit the schrivelled up Mandarine segments and sandals price-day still on the table as we 'd left them. Well to say, none of the tables are cleaned or cleaned all day. This is completely unacceptable at the best times alone during Covid, what cleanliness and hygiene should be beyond and beyond. I'm tied that McDonald's Hamilton is so lax in this regard, I would hate to see how clean their kitchen and food preparation area is and what they worship up to their customers. It is very clear that they only have hygiene standards in the third world. I am totally disgusted and will never eat there again!!!"
