I recently had a wonderful dining experience at an excellent Mexican restaurant located on Blair Creek Plaza. The food was flavorful, the service was efficient, and the staff was very welcoming. What Bob Kato doesn't like about Alazan Mexican:
I attempted to place a takeout order over the phone, but the person on the other end was using a speakerphone with distracting background noise, making it difficult for her to hear me. After multiple attempts to communicate, she resorted to insulting me in Spanish, which I understood. Hopefully, they will eventually recognize that excessive background noise hinders communication and could be impacting their business.... View all feedback.
