I don't understand the high ratings of this restaurant. We were there twice to give him a second chance. There is no ambience at all. The interior is worn, with only high table. Friendly staff, but very concerned. We ordered dumplings that I'm pretty sure they were fought from a frozen state. They were dry at the edges.
