What m doesn't like about No.1 Cafe:
The staff is polite, friendly, and attentive. The place looks fine, and the food quality is mediocre. Apparently the upper floor is nicer but I didn't eat there so can't tell. I had higher expectations about the food. Also, I believe the portions could be smaller; from what I saw, nobody could finish their dish and there was a lot of leftovers, i.e. food waste, which could be prevented by serving smaller portions.
