"Absolute perfection. Small restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. It was completely obvious that every dish was thoughtful and lovingly prepared. Everyone was lovely. The sauces and spices were tasty, but never overwhelmed the fish. The service was impeccable, friendly and warm. I'm going to Vienna for the day to eat here again!"

"Vorallem nach einem Besuch auf der Burg Kreuzenstein oder einem Spaziergang im angrenzenden Rohrwald lohnt sich eine Rast im Asperlkeller. Schon alleine der Lage wegen. Eingebettet zwischen dem Rohrbach - eher ein Bächlein - und dem Rohrwald bietet er vorallem Kindern und deren Eltern die Möglichkeit, einen angenehmen Nachmittag zu verbringen. Denn bei all dem, was es zu erkunden gibt, wird den Kindern bestimmt nicht langweilig und es besteht keine Gefahr für Quängeleien:-) Jedenfalls nicht im Sommer.Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und einen großen Kinderspielplatz - sollten Bäume und Bach (etwa 10cm tief) nicht ausreichen. Zu Essen und Trinken gibt´s typische Heurigenkost, Speisen und Getränke werden serviert, das Service ist flink, freundlich, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Man wird sich schwer tun, einen Heurigen mit ähnlich nettem, beinahe schon romantischem Ambiente zu finden."
