From a vegan point of view this is not the place to go. The meat lover will be happy here. It is a small restaurant and we chose it because of the good reviews. It was quiet and we were happy to be there. The owners seem very nice, probably not the original owners the reviews are talking about. There is no digital payment possible, only cash. Definitely worth a try, however not for vegans, also not vegetarians. View all feedback.
What Klaus Ewert doesn't like about Zur Grünen Insel:
The food came first. Salad only on demand. Then the drinks came. The food was TK ware, the carvings too thin and dry. The operators must cook as fresh as the predecessors. View all feedback.
