I wanted to share what a great time we had today at this restaurant. We enjoyed a meal with our grandchild and were pleasantly surprised when the manager brought out an ice cream cone for the baby after she finished her McNuggets. This is the worst service my family has ever experienced at McDonald's. The staff did not pay attention to our order, took a long time to prepare it, forgot our shakes, and were rude when asked about it.
