What User likes about Tartan:
good food and nice atmosphere. prices reasonable for tourist, but the service might have been a bit better. I support my teaglass and when it is busy or not. it was not so busy, but my teaglass went empty and I was not offered a refill, although the menu said free refill until I was just gone. my tip would have been better if my glass wasn't dry!
