I want to say I use this papa johns on a bi-weekly basis for our church. Other than occasionally being late I am super pleased with them! I also want to point out Marshall had excellent customer service and always makes sure everything is taken care of for me, and forewarns me if my delivery might be late . Also they are struggling due to not having enough drivers on certain days so I feel for them ! View all feedback.
What Johnnie Champlin doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza #260:
I went here to get pizzas for family friends and this was the closest to where I was. I passed it and then had to turn around in a very busy area, then after going towards the entrance, saw it as enter only. Upon leaving, the immediate exit was right turn only..Basically, this location is God awful and I will NEVER go back, their pizza is already gross, so definitely not worth the frustration. On 2/4/22 manager on duty Michael has a very poor scope of what customer service is. I asked Michael to not process my order until I have received my products....
