I'm usually not one to complain about service, but our last experience here was abysmal.The place was empty but we had to ask for menus and track down wait staff to make orders or get refills. Then the waitress didn't know which items had sides, multiple of our items were mis-charged, and it was well over an hour before we got food.It's a shame too because the food was really good and the waitress was really friendly... read more.
