What User likes about Potbelly Sandwich Shop:
very delicious sandwiches and professional staff. the dining room has a very old world feel with twisted wood railing and furniture. I really enjoyed my time here. an unexpected thing is that for me the doors were very difficult to open, I think because they had very powerful air exchange and cooling. or maybe I'm weak! We love Potbelly, frequent many locations and my wife used to work there, so I know this is not normal. That being said, the sandwich bread at this Potbelly is rarely cooked all the way through. I have brought this up on a few occasions both to employees there and to Potbelly's website with little care or no response.
