What Justin Case doesn't like about Burgerville:
I got fries and onion rings through the drive thru. I realized my French frie I pulled out was frozen I turned around. I took my fries inside and asked for my order to be remade and asked him to feel how frozen this food was when served. I asked for an entire remake he crudely said well if you want it all remade you need to go get me the rest of the order.. So I walked back out got the onion rings went back in waited... Always great food and great service. Good with gluten free options and handling. Yummy marionberry shakes in the right season!
