Being a Monday night in the school holidays we thought the restaurants would still be open. Wrong. Was recommended to try this pub and lucked out on 2 for 1 meat night. Must be good because it was busy. You can cook your own or have the chef do it for you. I cooked our own and had colourful conversations with others doing the same. Great variety of meats on display. Went to the Red Heifer for dinner last week. Prices were on the high side for steaks , which we were prepared to pay. However the steak that was orders as "medium to well done " was in fact burnt and dry - over done I would say.In addition the waiter clearing the table was bad mannered and clearly needs more training in hospitality.
