obviously a bad night in the office when both service and eating suffered, apparently due to a large private room booking that is not an excuse. my halibut was partly overcooked, as the prep was uneven; the kalbshaup was not a big piece of meat and how for the strawberry nodes it was the worst ever just brot. a small point, but should diner pour her own wein in a michelin star restaurant?
