Yesss. If you want a quick, delicious meal, Hai's is the place to go! I was basic and got the basil fried rice and wonton soup cause my stomach hurt, but I LOVED the food. Generous portions and quick to serve!Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

Food was ok. Was not too impressed with their food presentation. For a Pho place, just average. The tripe in the Pho we ordered was quite chewy. We got to their place around 9 pm and it was a rainy night. There were 2 other customers already seated and eating so it wasn't very busy.
