"We were never in nottingham, so we had no idea where to eat. Kushi-ya found on google maps and from the reviews it looked good. the family was invited to an early dinner. eating was great, very tasty and by no means neat. our only critique (not enough to knock off a star) would be that the menu could be better explained. we ordered blind, but the staff was friendly and helpful enough to explain what each court was. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes to eat casual and Japanese."

"Absolutely our new 'go to ' for fabulous indian cuisine ... had a fantastic meal last night, the food was just amazing. We have been dining at the other high end Indian restaurant in Nottingham for many years now, but The Maharajs 's Retreat is just steps ahead. Thank you for a lovely evening and we will be returning."

"What a fabulous Sunday lunchtime I spent at the Hand and Heart last weekend. It was so great to experience such a lovely, bustling, warm and cosy venue with such amazing food. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are wonderful and work so hard. They sometimes sell out of food on a Sunday as it’s so popular, so if you’d like to experience this venue then I would recommend that you book early. Lovely selection of ales and whiskies as well. Enjoy!"

"A few good looking vegan options. They were pretty busy, but the staff was very smiling and efficient. Eating was crispy, and my friend regrets the great option on the pancakes! No milk costs extra. Soya should be a free replacement and then fees for others, if necessary. This is my only negative. Updated by previous review on 2023-04-30"

"I visited this restaurant based on the high reviews, but found the food to be average, by no means bad but just normal. I was also surprised that the waitress quite aggressively asked me to leave them a good review on Tripadvisor, which is something I hate. They run a very good value meal deal offer 7 nights a week, which I thought was great."

"We went with the family I have never had such a disapointing meal, we arrived at 6.45 we finished eating at 11.30, it was tasteless, cold the place its self was very dirty, i not saying to much as you have to try it for yourself. There was 3 table were they all had money took of their bills, so this should of rang a bell really. The waiter was the best think of the night. This is not about how much it cost we went out as a family so we new it was going to be costly. I really cannot put words to dicribe this horrible place."

"This is a great restaurant, we regularly dine in or have take away from Rakki Rakkas. The food is fresh and tasty, with generous portions.
