Compared to other options in Noumea I was disappointed. Whilst all food is pricy, generally there is a high standard of ingredients used. I found the quality here below both Noumea and normal standards. Originally we were hoping to have some Croque Mossier’s, but were told we couldn’t have this and had to order from the Daily Specials menu only. The prawn pasta was the best I ate on Nouméa. Prawns were big and fresh, and the sauce was very buttery. The Croque Madame was also delicious.
