So many years that we have enjoyed going to 't Zand, but today we were still shocked. Hot wine announced on the sign outside: 6 euros. So we ordered two hot wines on the terrace. Tasty, beautifully served, but the bill turned out to be 21 euros. Apparently different price on that one terrace?! Smaller portion, etc. No, if it says 6 euros outside... What Bob Matthyssens doesn't like about Tearoom 't Zand:
Ordered shrimp croquettes. Would I like fries with it? Naturally. Those apparently included fries ultimately turned out to be a separately charged extra. Well...
