I had a voucher to go there with my girlfriend. The manager was very rude with complete absence of good manners during the booking. Although I took the risk, once in the entry I saw an empty and very unpleasant place led by the hard manager I'm talking on the phone. I decide to give up immediately and choose another restaurant. "The staff were really nice, they let us try the flavors and explained was the menu consisted of. I tried the donut sandwich with salted caramel, it was really good, although both flavors cancel each other out. Definitely will go back to try every other flavor."

"We had a really great experience at Avenew on a quiet Tuesday night. Our hosts were personable and helped make for a memorable evening. We started by splitting the octopus salad. It was wonderful with a glass of a local rose. My wife had the cod with the rose and I had the duck with a really nice red blend. Both of us were quite happy with these (as well as tastes of each other’s main). Dessert with a port was also great. We’ll be happy to come back again!"
