It's a pity that "Cantinella" is open only on workdays (for lunch and dinner, to boot!), for that meant that I could not sample the exquisite cuisine there very often. But that's my problem, not the proprietor's, for the pizza is amazing. Whether it's Quattro Stagioni, Napolitana or Regina, you don't have to think about it - it will be excellent.
