So very impressed with the girl on the desk, don't know her name, she is from Gelepu Bhutan... She was so helpful....so caring... personally looked into everything we asked.. and ladies from the restaurant are so good and they serve so nicely... if if things are not available their sorry takes over everything. What Jai Prakash G doesn't like about Park Bhutan:
Rooms were untidy, no tea coffee bags available in rooms, staff was not cooperative, unprofessional behaviour, mattress were very hard, food was very poor. Not recommended for even one hour of stay. View all feedback.
They have improved the rooms are after covid. Food needs to be improved.
Park Hotel has an excellent location with great ambience, good food variety and cordial staff.
