Nice and big KFC. Its our lunch stop on the way back to Magoebaskloof from Sodwana. Had a group of 35 people and did a pre order. Everything was prepared when we arrived. Clean bathrooms Friendly staff Clean seating area. View all feedback.

was so disappointed and annoyed I normally buy food at KFC Piet Ritief 2 /Mkhondo all the time when I'm driving from Johannesburg to my home time Richard's Bay But the service I always received is so terrible On the 27 of July 2023 I waited 3 hours for food in drive thru, around 12am When you order they don't when inform that you going to wait 1 to 3 hours, you just yourself stacked on the que when you can't even go... "I ordered a pizza at 17H46 to be delivered to me because I had guests at my place and pizza was gonna be our dinner. The friendly lady who answered the phone told me that they are very busy today (01 Feb 19) and delivery time can take up to 1 hour 30 min and I said it's fine I can wait because I didn't have another plan. I called again at 19H33 which was now 1 hour 45min since I ordered. I was told the driver is on his way. As we wait with my guests for dinner. I called again at 20H27 and the system message said it is now closed and there is no one to answer my call it will be directed to next available manager. It wasn't directed to anyone so I assume there was no available manager. They never called me back any other time to inform me what happened and apologized nothing!!!"
