First time ordering from papa John's. Came recommended over our usual Dominos. Totally disappointed. Upon completing the order, delivery arrival to be 47 mins. An hour and a half later our order arrived. We ordered 2 LG pizzas. Driver said they were still warm when removing from carrier but once we opened the boxes to eat, both pizzas were lukewarm.
